Commercial Renovation
Complete commerical renovation of the Historic "Continental Tavern" in Yardley, Pennsylvania. The project started with the demolition and salvage of removed 18th Century material from the three story structure revealing the taverns original floorplan. The building was raised 6" in the center and resupported using new foundation and steel columns. A complete renovation was performed including bar, dinning room, kitchen and the construcion and relocation of a new Cherry stairway. During the process of renovation we utilized as much of the existing 18th Century lumber as possible. Stop by and take a look!
Detached Three Car Garage
Complete construction of three car garage including attached deck, driveway and finished grading. Due to this project being in a zoned resource protection area we had to adhear to many complex construction vairables including soil testing ground stablization, water displacement and environmental impacts. Some of the features in this project include hardplank fiber cement board siding, Azek facia board, Andersen 400 series windows and doors, exterior audio system, electric and water supplies and Raynor insulated gargage doors.
